At some point in my life I decided that 2 and 5 were my lucky numbers. I’m not sure why those specificaly: 2 maybe had to do with the fact that I am the second born in my family. 5 always felt pretty cool. I really don’t know why. But now you can understand why I had such high exceptions from 2015. Well, it didn’t disappoint.

It was an amazing journey with two exceptional peaks: getting married twice with the love of my life Z. Once in Prague and once in Tel Aviv. And then meeting Yahli, our son who we love more and more with each day. Between that and work and learning Czech and eating veggie burgers, listening to new music became a challenge. Especially to full albums. In that sense, I didn’t cover enough ground in 2015, but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t able to come up with some of my favorite tracks of the year. I hope this mixtape sounds as sexy, moving, blissful and fortunate as 2015 was to me.
